Culinary Connection: DixiePura Kitchen
Throwing it back to the time when Chef Chloe Gould of DixiePura Kitchen catered lunch at The Bronzeville Incubator. The Bronzeville native taught culinary for seven months in Singapore and teaches culinary to high school students. Over the summer she competed and won The Food Network's Supermarket Stakeout competition. Chef Chloe combines American Southern and Southeast Asian flavors into her cuisine, like her signature Smothered Green Curry Buttermilk Fried Chicken.
