We will be planting 11 trees to increase the tree cover and add edible tree species to the site, which will create much needed shade for community members and a local food source.

CRTI will provide training to help folks learn how to properly plant and care for trees. No experience is necessary and everyone is welcome! As a volunteer, you will work alongside the CRTI team and other fantastic volunteers to help us dig holes, plant trees, mulch, and water.

• Please wear long pants and close toed shoes

• Dress for the weather- we will plant rain or shine!

• Make sure to bring a full water bottle, snack, and sunscreen. We will take care of everything else!
